NO NEED FOR SPEED BULLETING BOARD
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ACTIVITY, YOU MUST SIGN UP TO RECEIVE THE FREE TEENS IN THE DRIVER SEAT RESOURCE KIT @ www.t-driver.com.
Bulletin boards in high-traffic areas provide you with a great opportunity to reach your peers. Use the “No Need for Speed” bulletin board resources provided in your TDS resource kit to create a bulletin board that provides valuable information and starts a conversation about the negative effect speed has on car crashes and how teens can speak up for their safety. These materials are designed to be cut out and displayed on a bulletin board, window, or another high-traffic area on your campus (minimum 4′ x 6′ area).
Promote the bulletin board by sharing speed-related facts during morning announcements. Plan to leave the bulletin board up for 3-4 weeks to ensure all students see it.
Don’t forget to complete an activity form on www.t-driver.com for TDS All-Star credit.
IT IS PERMISSIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN BOTH OKLAHOMA CHALLENGE AND THE TDS ALL-STAR REWARD PROGRAM.
