Safe Kids Oklahoma - Pedestrian Safety

$0.00

How NOT to get Hit by a Car

Teenagers are now the most at-risk youth for pedestrian injuries. Cell phones and other handheld gadgets are causing teens to be more easily distracted, which is leading to greater risk on the roads. Every hour of everyday a teen is killed or injured after being hit by a car. Every week in the United States 5 teenagers are killed as pedestrians.

Host a booth or educational event at your Middle School or High School. Set up a table in the lunch room, library, or commons area. Display poster, tip sheets, social media guides and phone wallets. The phone wallets can only be distributed when booth is manned.
