Safety Day

$0.00

This can be a small event or large. We can come out in person and bring our simulators or we can do a virtual as just a guest speaker.
The simulators we use are the Rollover and/or DUI Experience.
We can do a short event over lunchtime, during a class time, half a day or a whole day event. Whatever time frame you have we can make it work.
The attached file breaks down a step by step process to plan the best event you can, depending on your needs.
This activity allows you to tailor your event to any traffic safety topic and any timeframe.
It is totally FREE! And we can come out to any location in the state.

About Your Organization: The vision of the Oklahoma Highway Safety Office (OHSO) is to establish and maintain safe roadways for everyone.

The majority of motor vehicle fatalities in Oklahoma are the result of driver behavior. Impaired driving, speeding, distracted driving and failure to wear a seat belt are behaviors that can be changed through awareness, education and strict enforcement of traffic safety laws.

The Oklahoma Highway Safety Office coordinates a statewide behavioral highway safety program by making federal funds from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) available to state and local entities. These dollars fund programs that help these groups enforce traffic laws, educate the public in traffic safety, and provide varied and effective means of reducing fatalities, injuries and economic losses from crashes.
